Jeffery N. Cox, DMD
Dr. Jeffery N. Cox completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Comprehensive Training Program in 2007 and has placed implants for 20 years. He and Dr. Joshua Greenway care for every age on W McPherson Ave: checkups, crowns, dentures, Invisalign, and implants planned on a 3D cone beam scan. No more goop in the impression tray.

Our dentists participate with VA Community Care and the Dental Health Alliance network, and we'll check coverage on other plans before your visit. No insurance? The VIP Membership Plan starts at $29 a month.
Our in-house membership plan is a straightforward alternative to insurance. $29/month covers your exams, cleanings, and X-rays, plus 15% off every other treatment. No deductibles, no yearly maximums, no waiting period. Periodontal patients: ask about the VIP Perio Plan at $60/month.
Dr. Cox grew up building model cars, airplanes, and boats, and he brings that same care to restorative and implant dentistry, backed by hundreds of hours of continuing education in occlusion, restorative dentistry, and implant surgery. After a complete exam he reviews your options with you, and you set the pace. Some treatment needs to happen soon, some can wait, and you tell him how fast you want to go.
Dr. Cox places the implant and restores it in the same office: a single tooth, a bridge, or a denture that clips in and stays put.
A cone beam X-ray and a digital scanner let us build a surgical guide, so the placement is planned before we ever begin.
Most people tell us the tooth removal was the harder part. There are no nerve endings inside the bone, so the gum may be a little sore, and that is usually all.
Dr. Greenway manages clear aligners here, so you don't travel for orthodontic care. Aligners can also help with bite problems, tooth wear, and hard-to-clean crowding.
We tell you as much or as little as you want to know, and we are never upset if you come in with past dental trauma or anxiety.
Easy access from Nashville, Adel, Lakeland, Ray City, Alapaha, and the Berrien County area.

Missing a tooth, or tired of a lower denture that moves when you eat? Dr. Cox places the implant and restores it here in Nashville, planned on a 3D cone beam scan so the placement is predictable.
Clear, removable aligners managed by Dr. Greenway, so Nashville patients don't drive out of town for orthodontic care. Often the cosmetic part is the least of it: aligners can correct bite issues, tooth wear, and crowding that makes teeth hard to clean.

Most people tell us the tooth removal was the harder part. There are no nerve endings inside the bone, so the gum may be a little sore afterward, and that is usually all. Most of our patients take one pain pill and that is the end of it.
A small titanium post is placed in the jawbone where the tooth root used to be. Once it bonds with the bone, a crown, bridge, or denture is attached on top, so the new tooth is held firmly in place. Dr. Cox uses a cone beam 3D X-ray and a digital scanner to build a surgical guide before placement, and healing time varies from patient to patient.
